These terms govern your use of subaklabs.com, operated by Subak Labs LLC. Using the site means you accept them.

1. What this site is

An information site about Subak Labs and the ventures it holds. It sells nothing, creates no account and takes no payment. Nothing published here is an offer, a quotation, or a commitment to take on work, and no client relationship is formed by reading it or by writing to us.

2. What these terms do not cover

The ventures have their own terms. Subak is governed by subak.ai/terms, and those terms — not these — apply to the product.

3. Our content

The text, drawings, layout, code and arrangement of this site are owned by Subak Labs LLC. You may read it, quote it with attribution, and link to it. Republishing it wholesale, or presenting it as your own, is not permitted. The photographs are licensed from their photographers; our licence does not extend to you, so please do not lift them.

4. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, probe or gain unauthorised access to this site or the infrastructure behind it, and do not use it to transmit anything unlawful. We may block access that does.

5. Accuracy

We keep this site current, but it describes work in progress and statuses change. Everything here is accurate to the best of our knowledge on the day it is published, and is provided for information rather than as a warranty or a professional opinion.

6. Links out

We link to sites we do not control, including subak.ai. We are not responsible for their content, their availability, or their terms.

7. Disclaimer and liability

This site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Subak Labs LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or from reliance on anything published on it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and any dispute arising from them will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Virginia.

9. Changes

We may revise these terms. The date at the top of the page is the date of the version in force, and continuing to use the site after a revision means you accept it.
