Privacy Policy

Subak Labs LLC operates subaklabs.com. This site has no accounts, no login and no payments, so there is very little to collect and this policy is short.

1. What this covers

This policy covers the website at subaklabs.com only. It does not cover the ventures we hold. Subak has its own privacy policy at subak.ai/privacy, and that policy — not this one — governs anything you do inside the product.

2. What we collect

• What you send us. If you email us, we hold your message and your address for as long as it takes to answer you and to keep a record of the exchange.
• Server logs. The site is served as static files from a content delivery network, which records ordinary request data: IP address, user agent, the page requested and the time. We use it to keep the site up and to understand load, not to identify visitors.

We set no cookies of our own, run no analytics, and embed no advertising or tracking pixels.

3. What we do not do

We do not sell personal information, we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers, and we do not use anything you send us to train machine learning models. If any of that changes, this page changes first and the date at the top changes with it.

4. Processors we rely on

The site is hosted on Amazon Web Services, and typefaces are served by Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when your browser requests them. Those providers process data under their own terms as our subprocessors.

5. How long we keep it

Correspondence is kept while it is useful to the relationship and deleted when it is not. Server logs expire on our provider's retention schedule, measured in days.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, or to object to our processing it. We honour those requests regardless of whether the law where you live requires us to. Write to services@subak.ai and a person will answer. We do not charge for this and we will not treat you differently for asking.

7. Children

This is a business site and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

8. International visitors

We operate from the United States and the data described above is processed there. If you contact us from elsewhere, you are sending your message to the United States.

9. Changes

When we revise this policy, the date at the top of the page changes. Material changes will be summarised here rather than made quietly.
